This article changed my way of thinking. Lately, I've been trying to build better habits for myself, such as waking up early to revise and having a healthy breakfast every morning. I always thought that to do this I had to put in a massive effort. But through this article, I can see that it's all about how you prioritize your time and energy. 

After reading this I will probably be reading the entire book, Atomic Habits by James Clear.
