This article uses famous, talented people, such as Oprah Winfrey and Leonardo Da Vinci, to prove its point that journalling is useful. As a reader, I'm much more likely to believe in the benefits of journalling if I can see that many successful people have done it. And while it may not be the sole reason for their success, it's a common factor that all of them had, therefore it must've helped.
I've been wanting to get into journalling as I think it's a great habit to have, and this article has motivated me to begin!
